Attention Valued Customers

Effective November 01, 2012 "K" Line America has filed a change to our Export Tariff No. 132, Rule 034, Freetime and Storage which will become effective on December 01, 2012. The detail of the newly published tariff is listed below.

Except as otherwise provided, freetime and applicable storage after expiration of freetime for the purpose of this rule carrier's fault is defined as:

• Vessel arrival delayed beyond the carrier s schedule as published fifteen days before the sail date.
• Wrong information provided to the customer which results in storage charges.
• Terminal issues or errors which result in storage charges.
• Port agent errors which delay loading and result in storage charges.
• Charges billed to the customer more than seven business days after sailing.

STORAGE FOR AUTOMOBILES IN EXCESS OF ALLOTED FREETIME
Automobiles shall be assessed storage for each calendar day in excess of freetime as follows:

STORAGE FOR BOATS (CRADLE AND TRAILER)/ALL TOWABLE CARGO IN EXCESS OF ALLOTED FREETIME
All boats on cradle and trailer, and all other towable cargo shall be assessed storage for each calendar day in excess of freetime as follows:

STORAGE FOR AGRICULTURAL/CONSTRUCTION/BUSES/TRUCKS/HIGH HEAVY ROLLING STOCK IN EXCESS OF ALLOTED FREETIME
Buses, trucks, agricultural, construction, and other high heavy rolling stock shall be assessed storage for each calendar day in excess of freetime as follows:

STORAGE FOR STATIC CARGO AND STATIC ACCESSORIES IN EXCESS OF ALLOTED FREETIME
Static cargo and static accessories shall be assessed storage for each calendar day in excess of freetime as follows:
